Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we do! If you sign up for an account you'll receive 15% off on your first order and receive exclusive offers and updates.

The 15% sign-up discount on your first order excludes Bundle & Save bundles & Trial Packs.

How do I store Smoothery blends?

Our smoothies are shelf-stable powders, which means they don’t need to be refrigerated or frozen.

You can store them in a cool, dry place for up to 12 months from the date of production. Reseal the pouch after each use to keep the air and moisture away.

How do I prepare a smoothie with Smoothery blends?

Depends. If you bought our Simple Protein Blends then all you need is some frozen fruit and liquid of your choice along with 30 g (roughly 2 tablespoons) of the protein blend. Blend it all up at high-speed in a good blender, pour and enjoy. You can vary the amount of liquid to get the smoothie consistency you like.

Our Superfood Blends are designed to supercharge your existing smoothie recipes. So add a 10 g (roughly 2 teaspoons) of the super blend to your smoothie recipe to enjoy the benefits of superfoods in their potent form.

How do you ship your smoothie blends?

We ship our smoothie blends in eco-friendly, recyclable & compostable cardboard boxes that keep them protected during transit.

Our smoothie blends are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration, so you can store them in your pantry or cupboard until you are ready to enjoy them.

How long does shipping take?

We ship our smoothie blends from our warehouse in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand using NZ Post courier service.

Depending on your location, shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 business days within New Zealand & 5-8 business days to Australia.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched, so you can track your delivery online.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping in New Zealand on all orders over $80 NZD and in Australia for all orders over $150 NZD.

New Zealand: For orders under $80 NZD, we charge $8.50 NZD for shipping urban locations and $13.50 for rural locations.

Australia: For orders under $150 NZD, we charge a flat rate of $15.00 NZD for shipping anywhere in Australia.

Do you ship international?

At the moment, we only ship to destinations within New Zealand and Australia.

However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to other countries in the near future.

Return, Exchange & Refunds

What if I have a problem with my order?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Smoothery.

If you have any issues with your order, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us at hello@smoothery.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the products arrived to you in damaged condition or we sent wrong items by error.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at hello@smoothery.co.nz and we will try to make it right.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at hello@smoothery.co.nz as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate your request if your order has not been shipped yet.

However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change your order once it has been processed.

Rewards & Points

How do I earn points?

You earn 10 points for every $1 spent on products (excluding taxes and shipping). Points are automatically added to your account once your order is completed.

What purchases qualify for points?

All product purchases qualify for points. However, only the product subtotal counts toward reward points. Taxes, shipping, and any discounts used do not earn points.

How can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points at checkout. Every 100 points = $1 off your order. You can choose how many points you'd like to use—just make sure you're logged in!

Do I need to sign in to access my points?

Yes! To view or use your points, sign in using the same email address you use for your orders. This ensures all your purchases are linked to your rewards account. If you use different email addresses with orders, your points won’t be tracked correctly—so try to always stick with the same email address!

Do I earn points on the portion of an order paid with a discount code or gift card?

No. Points are calculated after any discounts or gift cards have been applied and do not include shipping or taxes.

Is there a minimum number of points required to redeem?

Yes, you’ll need at least 100 points to start redeeming, which equals $1 off your order.

Do my points expire?

Nope! Your points never expire. We believe in rewarding you at your pace—so whether you redeem next week or next year, your points will be right here waiting for you. No pressure, just perks!

Can I use points and a discount code together?

In most cases, you can choose either a discount code or points at checkout, but not both in the same order. (This is due to system limitations.)

Do I earn points on subscriptions or recurring orders?

Yes, absolutely! You’ll earn points on every recurring order, just like you would on a one-time purchase. For every $1 spent (excluding taxes and shipping), you’ll receive 10 points, even if it's a subscription item.

How do I check my points balance?

Click on the "Show Rewards" pop-up in the bottom right corner of our website. Then, log in using the same email address you use for your orders. Once you're signed in, you’ll see your points balance and any rewards you can redeem—easy as that!

I made a purchase but didn’t get my points—what happened?

Make sure you were logged in using the same email address you used when placing your purchase, and that the order has been fully processed. If you're still missing points, please reach out to us at hello@smoothery.co.nz—we’re happy to help!

Are our blends right fit for you?

I want to feel more energised, but don’t want sugary supplements.
