What if I have a problem with my order?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Smoothery.If you have any issues with your order, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us at hello@smoothery.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the products arrived to you in damaged condition or we sent wrong items by error.

How can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at hello@smoothery.co.nz as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate your request if your order has not been shipped yet. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change your order once it has been processed.
