Berry Me + Restore
Two tablespoons (30 g) of Berry Me will transform a simple everyday berry smoothie into a nutritional powerhouse. For a single-serve smoothie, add the below to a blender and whizz it all up for 1-2 minutes for a tall glass of berrylicious-ness:
200 g (2 cups) of frozen fruit – try equal parts of frozen banana & blueberries
500 ml liquid – try equal parts of water & coconut milk
30 g (2 tablespoons) of Berry Me blend
10 g (2 teaspoons) of Restore blend
Adjust the liquid portion depending on the thickness you prefer. If you are adding ice, the smoothie might come out chunky and become watery very soon.
Easy Green + Restore
Two tablespoons (30 g) of Easy Green will transform a simple everyday berry smoothie into a nutritional powerhouse. For a single-serve smoothie, add the below to a blender and whizz it all up at high-speed for one minute:

500 ml liquid – try equal parts of water & coconut milk

Make a Peanut Butter Banana smoothie with Restore blend.
1 cup of frozen banana
1 tbsp of Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tsp honey (optional)
10 g (two teaspoons) of Restore blend
400 ml of water
Blend it all at high speed for one minute. Adjust the liquid portion depending on the thickness you prefer.
